COOLING POWER

MULTIPLE ATTACK
Our multi-shank ripper is perfect for breaking through the top surface in softer ground conditions such as top soil, sand or clay. With the added benefit of hydraulic pitch adjustment, they can rip to a width of  1250mm and depth of 915 mm covering more ground in fewer passes

ou can have 100% confidence in the strength and durability of our ripper shanks because they are Dressta through to their core. Built to exacting standards for durability from the toughest tungsten-steel alloys, our rippers can take some beating.
RIP IT DEEP
For breaking rock, concrete, hard packed or frozen soil you need the tough, concentrated and penetrating force that our single-shank rippers deliver. Our standard shank penetrates to 1,250mm but for a deeper cut, choose the deep shank option. With 1,250mm penetration and fully utilising the 665 kN of drawbar pull force, our rippers have the power to rip through the toughest jobs with speed and efficiency. For ease of operation, a hydraulically controlled ripper shank pin puller allows you to adjust ripper penetration depth from the cab.
SET IT AND LET IT RIP
Both the single-shank and multi-shank rippers are equipped with four large cylinders, two for pitching and two for raising and lowering. The angle of attack for the ripper shank can be changed with ease to match the ripping conditions.
Our adjustable parallelogram multi-shank ripper also offers excellent 760mm penetration. It can be angled on-the-go to help boost your productivity. Choose, set, and let rip!

HIGHER VOLUME
When even higher volume is required for moving light, non-cohesive materials, our Full-U blade will always make the cut with a massive 9,6 m³ capacity providing the perfect solution for light materials such as sand, gravel, and coke.
SIZE MATTERS
For blades, size equals productivity. Our standard Semi-U blade, for example, is one of the largest blades in its class with a 9.6m³ capacity. Our standard Semi-U blade may be big, but it combines the penetration ability of a straight blade with its increased capacity making it the ideal choice for heavy duty applications like mining and road construction. When speed and efficiency are everything, our blades are a cut above the rest.
ANGLE BLADE
The Angle blade is designed for all dozing applications, including side casting. Our 5.7m³ precision Angle blade with 25% travel on each side works best handling broken and granular materials such as soils and gravel. The moldboard pivots on its center point to cast materials left or right. Ideal for making windrows, digging drainage ditches, backfilling trenches and grading roads

EASY TO SEE

With 33% more glass surface area, a tapered engine hood presenting clear sightlines to the blade corners, a rear-view camera, and additional ripper lighting, it’s easy to see how the TD-25M offers the very best all-round visibility. But there’s more, we’ve lowered the side window position to improve visibility of tracks and the working area.

No matter which way you look, when it comes to improved visibility, you’ve got thejobsite covered from every angle. Lowered side windows, larger surface glass area and an angled seat for comfortable line of sight to the ripper.

EASY CHAIR

We’ve taken the concept of your favourite easy chair and “industrialised” it to create one of our best seats yet. The all new air-suspended high back seat comes with head rest, empty seat sensor and belt sensor to increase operator safety. It automatically adjusts to your weight and sitting position and now is equipped with fully adjustable arm rests (Up/Down & Forward / Reverse). It is angled to the right-hand side by 15 degrees to help you to stay fresh and alert on those long ripping runs.

EASY OPERATION

As you would expect, we have radically improved the operator’s interface too. Our new cab layout features new, ergonomic joysticks for finger-tip control, high visibility LCD in-cab displays allowing you to easily monitor of the machine’s vital data as it happens. We’ve built in a wealth of operational presets to make it even easier to adjust hydraulics, set blade and travel speed and work more productively plus we’ve added Bluetooth connectivity for your own personal devices.

No matter whether the sun’s beating down or the snow’s piling up, we’ve made it easy for you to find your perfect working temperature. Our improved climate control system featuring an easy to set control panel and 9 air outlets gives you total control of the elements.

With wider doors for easy access and a more spacious cab with generous headroom, we’ve made it easy to avoid those slip and trip hazards which account for so many accidents these days. But we’ve gone further. Our cab is fully ROPS & FOPS protected and fully pressurized to reduce incab noise levels to 78 dB(A), reduce vibration and eliminate dust contamination.

For high volume pushing of light non-cohesive materials, our 11.5m³ Full-U blade is the perfect solution. Our specialist 21m³ high-capacity Coal Handling blade is perfect for coal dozing and for moving bulky, low-density materials with length, height, and wing angles all developed to deliver maximum productivity.

Ripping through tough rocks, hard coal and heavy clay is a simple job for our single-shank ripper. Perfect for mining and quarrying you can choose standard or deep ripper shanks with hydraulic pitch if required.
